RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We offer a 14-day return policy for unframed prints only. Framed artwork and sale items (except first-time collector discounts) are not eligible for return. The 14-day return window begins the day your artwork is delivered.
 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please email mm@mallorymorrison.com with:
  • Your order date and artwork title
  • A brief description of the reason for your return
You must receive approval before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return:
  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it.
  • We strongly recommend using the original packaging to protect the print during return shipping.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Once we receive the artwork and confirm it is undamaged, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your artwork upon arrival. If your order is incorrect, defective, or damaged during shipping, contact us at mm@mallorymorrison.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
  • Your order date and artwork title
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the damage, if applicable
We’ll assess the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please note: We cannot be responsible for damage that occurs after the artwork has been safely delivered.

EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange your print for a different size or image:
  • Follow the return instructions above.
  • Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for your desired artwork.
All exchanges are processed as a return plus a new purchase.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address in Long Beach, CA. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend:
  • Using a trackable shipping service
  • Purchasing shipping insurance
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

EU CUSTOMERS- 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Items must be returned in their original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
