FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Curious about collecting my work or how these underwater worlds come to life? Here you’ll find answers to common questions from collectors, along with a glimpse into the inspiration and craft behind my art.
COLLECTING AND ORDERING

How do I choose the right size print for my space?
Think about where your new piece will live and how you want it to feel in the room. If it’s the main focal point, go bigger so it fills the space and draws the eye. If it’s part of a gallery wall or a smaller nook, a more intimate size can work beautifully. You can also use painter’s tape or paper cut to the size you’re considering and hang it temporarily on your wall to get a feel for the scale before ordering.
I also offer digital mockups of my artwork on your walls. Get more info HERE
Are the prints limited edition or open edition?
All of my pieces are currently offered as limited editions, meaning only a set number of prints will ever be made in each size. Once an edition sells out, it’s gone for good, which helps preserve the value and rarity of the work.
Limited edition loose prints have my signature and edition number printed on the front bottom right below the image and include a printed Certificate of Authenticity. Framed prints have a label attached to the back of the frame that includes the certificate of authenticity, the edition number, and my signature all in one.
Do the prints come framed?
Yes. You can choose to order your print unframed or framed directly through my store. Framed prints are professionally assembled and ready to hang, using high-quality materials that complement the artwork. I currently offer frames in black, white, or natural wood, with each framed piece including a label on the back featuring the certificate of authenticity, edition number, and my signature.
How do I care for my print once it arrives?
Loose prints
Avoid removing your print from its packaging until you are ready to take it to a professional framer. Prints can be damaged easily when handled or removed from the shipping tube without the right tools and experience, so it’s best to let your framer do this for you. Keep the packaged print in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight until framing.
Framed prints
All framed pieces are assembled with archival materials to help preserve the artwork for generations. To keep your framed piece looking beautiful, avoid hanging it in direct sunlight or in areas with high humidity. An occasional gentle dusting with a soft, dry cloth is all that’s needed. Do not use glass cleaning sprays or abrasive cloths on the plexiglass or frame. My framing partner, Best Framing, guarantees their craftsmanship for the life of the product.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Each print is made to order, so production and shipping times can vary. Loose prints ship within 4 to 7 business days, with shipping times ranging from 3 to 10 business days depending on your location. Framed prints ship within 3 to 5 business days, with shipping times ranging from 2 to 15 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I work with production partners who can ship worldwide. For collectors outside the United States, I do my best to cover any import taxes whenever possible. In some cases, your country’s customs office may still require fees upon delivery. Because my prints and frames ship directly from my production partners, the declared value on the package reflects the production cost rather than the retail price of the artwork. This usually means that if customs fees are charged, they are greatly reduced — and in many cases, no fees are due at all.
What is your return or exchange policy?
All unframed prints can be returned in their original packaging and original condition within 14 of receipt of the print. Please see the Returns and Exchanges page for additional information.
Can I commission a custom image?
Yes. If you have an image in mind and do not see it in my current portfolio, reach out to me. I may have options in my archives from past shoots that fit your vision. Alternatively, I am happy to create new work tailored to your project idea.
I also offer commissioned portrait sessions if you would like to see yourself in this magical dream space. Visit the HIRE section of my site to learn more about the process.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can spread your purchase into smaller payments using Shop Pay Installments at checkout. This allows you to split your total into interest-free payments over time while receiving your artwork right away. The available installment options will be shown during checkout so you can choose what works best for you.
If Shop Pay is not available in your country, contact me directly to discuss alternative payment arrangements.
