I offer a limited number of commissioned portrait sessions. Only 6 per year.

I typically shoot in a generously heated pool in Long Beach, CA. We have it heated to 90 degrees. It's like a big bathtub! I'm also open to shooting in a pool of your choice, just ask.

On our Pre-Shoot call, we'll talk about your intentions for the images, so we can plan wardrobe, our shot list, and the feel you are going for. I will also go over what to expect on shoot day so you come ready to dive in.

Our shoot will last a few hours, where I will slowly introduce you to modeling underwater with patient guidance to make you feel calm and confident. We slowly build up to more challenging shots, when you're ready for them.

I keep my focus on what your body wants to do naturally in the water and we refine those movements, rather than showing you a certain pose to mimic. Everyone has their own natural expression in the water, and I want to make room for that to blossom, while also giving you some suggestions of what to try to find it.

If you're interested in doing a maternity session,
I've found the best timing to shoot is around 25-32 weeks.
